    Creative Assistant & Studio Coordinator

    Red Rock Music is looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Assistant & Studio Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is excited about contributing to the growth of a music studio.


    Location: This is an on-site role, based at our studio. 

    Hours: 8 per week (Monday & Tuesday, 4-8pm) – with potential for growth

    Rate of pay: Negotiable, with bonuses and incentives as the studio expands


    Responsibilities

            •       Student and customer support – welcoming students, taking attendance, handling enquiries, and booking lessons

            •       Event planning – assisting with the organisation of concerts and community events

            •       Marketing and social media – helping to create content and implement marketing plans

            •       Administrative tasks – managing emails, phone calls, payments, and scheduling

            •       Process improvement – assisting in developing new systems to support studio operations

            •       Community engagement – building relationships with local organisations and partners


    Ideal Candidate

            •       Friendly, approachable, and professional

            •       Highly organised with strong attention to detail

            •       Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

            •       Comfortable using technology and social media for business purposes

            •       Creative and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset

            •       Music knowledge is a plus but not essential

            •       Must have (or be willing to obtain) a PVG Disclosure (Scotland)

  • Join our Team of Music Tutors

    Red Rock Music is excited to announce that we are expanding our team of tutors! With a passion for nurturing an interest in music, our dedicated studio in the heart of Arbroath provides lessons & classes to over 200 students and we are looking for enthusiastic tutors to join us as we grow and offer music tuition to the people of Angus.


    Who We're Looking For:

    We’re on the lookout for dedicated and friendly tutors in piano, guitar, singing, and drums who can connect with students of all ages, inspire their love for music, and make learning fun! Whether you have formal qualifications (Degree, Diploma, or ABRSM) or have a solid background in music performance and tutoring, we welcome your application.
