Terms & Conditions
Lessons & Classes
1. All trial lessons must be paid for at the standard lesson rate unless stated otherwise.
2. Lessons are to be paid monthly in advance or weekly by agreement with your tutor. Payments can be made bank transfer or cash. Failure to pay invoices for lessons taken could result in the termination of lessons.
3. If you need to cancel your lesson for any reason, a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is required. Lessons will be charged in full if inadequate notice is given.
4. If you are going on holiday, 2 weeks notice period is required. Lessons will be charged in full if inadequate notice is given.
5. When a prepaid lesson is cancelled by the tutor for any reason, and that lesson cannot be rescheduled to the satisfaction of both parties, the tuition will be applied toward a future lesson.
6. Termination of lessons requires 4 weeks notice in writing to Rebecca Burrell to redrocktuition@gmail.com
Lessons in the notice period will be charged in full even if you decide not to attend lessons in this notice period.
7. Parents are responsible for the safe drop off and collection of children to music lessons. Red Rock Music will not be responsible for children out-with lesson times.

Fees are non-refundable in all cases.
