Your Lessons with Ruth Clipston
Ruth teaches Singing, Piano, and flute and takes one-to-one lessons at Red Rock Music on Saturday mornings.
Ruth is a graduate of the University of Aberdeen in music performance. She was a member for nine years with the National Youth Choir of Scotland and performed at Last Night of the Proms in both Glasgow and London.
Ruth was a backing singer for Christina Aguilera at the MTV Awards.
She studied at the University of Edinburgh and gained her PDGE, postgraduate teaching course, in Secondary Music.
Ruth began working for Angus Council as a Primary Music Specialist in 2012. Zoltan Kodaly's teachings inspire her lessons in schools.
We are excited for Ruth to bring these principles into her one-to-one lessons at Red Rock Music.
